• 100% refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

• 50% refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier, non-refundable if canceled after.

50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 14 days before arrival.

A damage deposit pre-authorization of $500 is held on 1 day before arrival and voided 7 days after departure
